Alex Gismondi has been deeply involved as a developer, sales executive and leasing agent over his career in real estate. During his time at Curtin University earning his degree in Property and Finance, he worked for a boutique real estate agency, as well as for Dome Property Group.
He then joined Realmark Commercial, specialising in Large Format Retail, and Retail Sales and Leasing. In addition, Alex continued his role as a Development Manager at Dome Property Group working on numerous projects including: Large Format Retail centres, Service Stations, Offices and Industrial properties.
Alex joined CBRE to grow their Large Format Retail presence in WA as a Negotiator and after only a year, was promoted to Senior Negotiator, as he rapidly exceeded all targets set for him.
Due to his experience in Large Format Retail, Alex is now considered an industry expert and is highly regarded in this niche property class. These accolades are well earned given his prominent track record in the delivery of numerous Large Format Retail Centres, Shopping Centres, Service Stations Fast Food and Retail premises across the state. His focus is on negotiating leases to national and international tenants, and procuring and selling assets nationally.

Craig Sweeney has been involved in the property industry for a decade. His commitment to exceptional service provision, attention to detail, and an ability to perform at an outstanding professional level, are what makes him the perfect choice for managing your property.
Craig graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2008. He then entered the residential property market, before transitioning into commercial property management in 2010 with Realmark Commercial. Craig managed a large mixed portfolio of Office, Industrial and Retail during this time.
In 2014, Craig joined CBRE to be an integral part of the property management team and grew the portfolio to a substantial size before becoming Head of Property Management at Transact Capital.
Considered an expert in Property Management, his prominent track record supports this, as he has successfully managed portfolios for international and national property funds, syndicates, and high net worth individuals.
