Alex Gismondi, Managing Director of Transact Capital has been deeply involved in the commercial real estate industry as a developer, sales and leasing agent.
Alex earned his degree in Property & Finance from Curtin University. During his university years, he worked for a boutique real estate agency whilst also working for Dome Property Group.
Post-graduation Alex joined a commercial agency specialising in Large Format Retail and Retail sales and leasing. In addition, Alex continued his role as a development and acquisitions manager at Dome Property Group working on numerous large-scale projects including but not limited to Large Format Retail, Service Stations, Offices, and Industrial properties.
Alex then joined CBRE to grow their Large Format Retail presence in Western Australia as a Negotiator and after a year was promoted to Senior Negotiator for exceeding the targets set by the firm. Alex has been an integral part of the evolving Large Format Retail landscape in Western Australia. He continues to partner with a variety of national retailers to assist in the introduction and expansion of their store networks. By specialising, Alex is highly regarded and considered an expert in this niche property class.
Alex has a prominent track record in the delivery of numerous Large Format Retail centres, shopping centres, service stations and retail premises across the state. The key to Alex’s success is his multifaceted knowledge and experience of both property development and contract negotiation. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Craig underpins Transact Capital with his knowledge of principles and practices in the commercial property industry. His extensive knowledge in asset and property management ensure the Transact team continually exceed the clients expectations.
He has extensive experience in managing teams in and out of work and has an impressive track record of growing property portfolios whilst still providing an excellent level of service.
A strong commitment to the highest standards of customer service, attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients, makes Craig a perfect complement to suit your commercial property management requirements.
Craig pride’s himself on having the ability to work closely with his clients and therefore having a good understanding of their wants and needs.
He graduated Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2008 after moving from the United Arab Emirates where he spent his childhood years.
In 2014, Craig joined CBRE to be an integral part of the property management team and grew the portfolio to a substantial size before becoming Head of Property Management at Transact Capital.
Away from the office, he enjoys travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, playing golf, rugby and keeping fit.
He is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong and successful working relationships, with both landlords, tenants and my colleagues and looks forward to helping you with your property management needs.
