Emma is part of our Queensland team and brings over 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and retail property management. Known for her collaborative style, she fosters strong, long-standing relationships with both clients and tenants. She is committed to delivering tailored, strategic solutions for landlords while ensuring every asset operates smoothly and efficiently.

With a keen eye for detail, Emma has identified new revenue opportunities and recovered previously lost income across her portfolio. Her experience spans a broad range of clients—from individual landlords to major agencies—giving her a deep, well-rounded understanding of the property sector. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in lease negotiation, cash and accrual accounting, financial forecasting, arrears management, property restructuring, acquisition and divestment preparation, and the oversight of capital works and refurbishments.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys interior design and live music, and spends her weekends exploring parks and beaches with her family. She also has a passion for the arts, particularly sculpting with clay and creating mosaic pieces.
