Geoff is one of Perth’s highly regarded and accomplished industrial property specialist having over 30 years industry experience within the Western Australian market.

Geoff was appointed as a Director for both Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE for 10 and 17 years respectively. During his tenure at both major commercial agencies, Geoff accomplished a number of major transactions in both leasing and sales of industrial property for national and international clients. Over the past 10 years, Geoff has leased over 550,000 sqm of industrial space and sold over $350 million worth of industrial/commercial assets within the Perth metro and country areas.

His tenacity, drive and professional attitude has always been recognised and appreciated by both local and national clients. His client relationships are diverse and long-standing within the commercial and industrial property market. Geoff has consistently assisted and satisfied all his existing and new clients’ needs in new build developments, leasing, buying and selling of industrial/commercial assets within any part of Western Australia area.

Geoff has been heavily involved in the development of Jandakot Business Park, working closely with Jandakot Holdings to secure tenants such as , Oceaneering, Main Roads, Affinity Glass, Altrad, Tradelink, Canon Foods, Yokohama Tyres, Glass Outlet, Contract Resources, Tyremax, Schenck Process, HDS Home Delivery and Grays Online totaling more than 200,000 sqm of net lettable area.

I have really enjoyed servicing the industrial property market over the past 30 years and especially completing more lease and sale deals in the Australian Marine complex than any other agent. These include sales of Austal properties in Clarence Beach Road ( $21 million and $5.1 million ) and Egmont Road ( $6.8 million ), said Mr Fraser.

I am excited with my new role with Transact Capital as Director, primarily to service new and existing clients in commercial/industrial property sales, leasing and generate new build developments within the Western Australian industrial property market.
