We lease with the valuation in mind. Term, reviews, incentives and covenant strength each move an asset's value, and a deal that fills space on the wrong terms costs more than a vacancy held for the right one. Owners receive that arithmetic from us before the negotiation, not after it.
For retailers and other national occupiers, we work the other side of the same relationships: identifying sites that fit a network plan and negotiating terms that let both parties trade well for the length of the lease.
