Citiswich is located to the junction of four high capacity major motorways and arterials providing easy access to the site from a regional catchment area, these being; The Warrego Highway, connecting the site directly to the western markets as far as Toowoomba, The Ipswich Motorway, connecting the large Brisbane metropolitan market from the east, The Cunningham Highway, providing ease of connectivity to the burgeoning western Ipswich market including the growth suburbs of Ripley and Yamanto, and Brisbane Road connecting the Greater Ipswich Region to the three major motoways intersection point. 2 proposed developments will accommodate a broad array of user types from Large format retail, trade retail, food and beverage PAD sites, and automotive – and be located directly next to the new Costco Ipswich. The new Costco will be a 13,900m2 offering, with a projected customer draw of up to 1.05million people ranging from the Logan City to Toowoomba, and projected first full year turnover of $170million.
