Originally from Sydney, Damian has worked across all market sectors from residential, industrial, and in particular retail. Relocating to the Brisbane market in 2010, Damian has spearheaded and relaunched the retail / large format retail division within a top tier corporate agency and quickly re affirmed a market leading position.

Having been involved with most existing and new Large Format Retail projects in both NSW and QLD markets with clientele including QIC, Charter Hall, Brisbane Airport Corporation, Altis Property Partners, Harvey Norman and Bunnings, no other QLD agency provides the equivalent experience, track record or understanding of the Large Format Retail sector in particular.

Moving away from corporate agency to a boutique agency partnership with Transact Capital has provided clients with quick speed to market, marketing that actually 'cuts through' and the ability for quick adaptation to keep pace with an ever changing marketplace.
