Beyond a certain quantum, the question stops being which lender and becomes which combination of lenders. Syndicated and club structures spread a facility across several balance sheets, and they succeed or fail on the coherence of the arrangement: common terms, aligned security, and intercreditor positions that every participant can hold through the life of the facility.

We act as arranger on the borrower's side of that table. The work spans sizing and tranching the facility, selecting the participant group, negotiating common terms so that no single lender's requirements distort the whole, and coordinating legal documentation through to financial close. The firm has arranged single facilities in excess of $100 million, and the discipline is the same at every scale: a structure each participant can approve without renegotiating the deal.

Club arrangements suit borrowers who value relationship continuity with a small group of known lenders; broader syndication suits scale and pricing tension. We advise on which path serves the transaction, and we run the process so the borrower deals with one arranger rather than five credit committees.
